Hongkong, 10th May, 1938.

This is to certify that patient Chan Kam Mui,

Female, 20 years of age, was admitted to the hospital on

5th May, 1938, (9.00 p.m.) and was under my treatment for

5 days. Her condition when admitted was as follows:-

Incised wounds of right side of neck 1′′ long;

left pectoral region " long, right knee 14" long; and

left side of neck 14" long, and back of neck " long.

Temperature 98.80

My further report:-

Patient Chan Kam Mui, Female, 20, came into

the hospital on the 5th May, 1938, with multiple incised

wounds on her neck, body and right lower extremity. In

my opinion these wounds might have been caused by any

sharp and hard objects such as a dagger etc.
